"They have an additional requirement of $100 deposit upon check in, which was unexpected. The hot tub is closed the elevator is broken and the staff is lazy and closed the pool instead of cleaning or restocking towels. The fire alarm went off most the night and the front desk staff’s response was to just turn up the already very loud lobby music instead of address the faulty smoke detector/fire alarm."

"The property is very nice and great for a short stay. I’d give 5-stars but our ac didn’t work and there isn’t anyone that works the desk so we couldn’t report it. Right on the square and close to a lot. We will stay again."

"We had two issues with our stay. First, breakfast struggled. The pancake machine nor the juice dispenser was working. Breakfast was very basic, dry and unfavorable. It reminded me of a breakfast at a Comfort Inn. Our second issue involved, the residents above us who allowed their chid/ren to stomp, jump and run around the room. We called to the front desk - 3 times from 10pm until 11:30 pm. The noise stopped at 3:30am. We were exhausted in the morning. I will not stay at another Holiday...

"The room was large. The shower drain didn’t drain well so it pooled up. Furniture in the room was tearing and torn up. Overall a clean budget hotel."

"The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel."
