"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre avec vue lac c’est magique. Lit confortable, ménage impeccable, accueil professionnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter du lac et de la vieille ville. Le spa est très bien. Petit point négatif : Pour un palace, la décoration manque un peu de charme, notamment les restaurants. Le service pourrait aussi être amélioré ; une serveuse nous a servis tout en étant en conversation téléphonique personnelle et un autre ne savait pas ce qu’était un...

"Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this. At that time...

"We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. The breakfast was fine, with a good range of items to choose from a self-serve counter, helped the day off...

"We loved this Hotel. It’s a little quirky as it was a very old building so narrow halls with different sized ceilings and spiral staircases. But we loved it as it was close to everything and the rooms were spotless and well maintained, the ceilings high in the rooms and the staff was amazing. 5 star hospitality for a lovely and interesting 3 star hotel."

"Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice."

"Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Fotos, Badtür konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Halterung für die Handbrause lag auf dem Waschbecken! Keine Haken für Handtücher vorhanden. Bettdecke war nicht sauber. Keine 3 Sterne wert! Lage und Frühstück war ok."

"Room was great. The pool area was lovely, lots of clean towels and available loungers. Umbrellas on wheels was a helpful touch! The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed our meal. Staff on Reception were super helpful finding us a parking space even though I forgot to pre-book."

"A fun place to stay. Modern and bright. Room was comfortable with decent space and nice view. Nice location about 10 mins walk from train station and 10+ to the beautiful city center of Annecy. Excellent front desk and housekeeping service."

"It was the perfect place to crash before an early flight. The room was clean and just what we needed. We did not get breakfast but when we walked by it looked like a wonderful spread. The staff was helpful and upbeat even with checking in at 23:00. The walk from the train station was well described if not the most comfortable late at night."
