"Nice hotel in a quiet but still convenient location."

"Access to the Oregon Garden. We were not happy that the gate between the resort and the garden was malfunctioning. The room was comfortable except that the air conditioner was too loud, so we did not get a good night sleep. At lunch, the staff was in a meeting and they were late and did not open the door until we notified the front desk."

"The Onsen (Hot bath) was fantastic! It is divided into Men's and Women's which is nice and comfortable. There was supposed to be an Onsen outside that both could use and that was still not opened. That part was disappointing. The room was very comfortable. They only clean the rooms every 4th day, so my room wasn't cleaned while I was there and I stayed for three nights. I think they should change that to every other day. But there are a lot of ways to get extra towels, like from the Onsen...

"It had the virtue of being clean. But the hot tub didn’t work. The pool looked dirty. No elevators. And pretty sparse staff. But it was clean, I’ll give them that. Couldn’t help but notice that booking via other online methods could mean a variation in per night cost of $40. So kinda feel ripped off of about $80. But not really the venue’s fault."

"Staff was really welcoming. Hotel is a bargain when compared to locations downtown, yet is just a 6 minute drive from old town. Certainly not a fussy hotel. Recommended!"

"It was very clean and nice. I liked that the windows opened. The conditioner and body wash containers were empty. Also there was a child above us that continually ran back and forth in the evening and morning."

"Good location, a lot of restaurants, shopping, starbucks, etc. nearby. This hotel has a restaurant and bar on site. Pretty basic bar food and the service is quite slow. Nice team members though, I just think they are understaffed. I've stayed here a couple of times but won't stay here again. I had a very moldy shower liner, with black mold on it. I brought it to the front desks' attention, and they said they would change out the liner. When I came back that evening it still wasn't changed...

"For our one night near Portland, this hotel was very nice. Breakfast had lots of choices. Thank you!"

"The staff was helpful and kind to deal with. The pool and hot tub had some sort of maintenance happening so we only got to use the hot tub once which was nice. Breakfast was good but after a few days it got old."
