"neat and clean, helpful staff"

"We had a good stay generally speaking. The bathroom sink is badly clogged and the shower was not entirely clean, especially the floor pan."

"I saw couple Roach , microwave it not working , water is sticky, door is not sealed I can smelling people smoking weeds from out side."

"Was a nice place to stay."

"Room was clean but had a very chemical smell (probably from cleaning agents) that stuck around for the whole time we were there. Front desk staff did the bare minimum with a not so great attitude. Breakfast was fine by the time we got there at 9:15, even though it was supposed to go to 9:30. There are no "extras" or niceties here. It's a very basic hotel that's basically clean and safe. It was fine for one night, but I don't think I could have stood that smell for another night."

"The place was very clean plenty of parking"

"Room was clean and staff was great. Only thing was tea and coffee was at main floor, but it was available 24 hours. Walmart and restaurants were very close. Great location, right at I-95 Parking was fine. Only real draw back, was the smell in the stairwell near the side door. Someone must have had a joint and the smell stayed in the stairwell for quite a while."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this motel and location. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. You could walk to Kings Dominion from the here so you can't beat the location. There's really no restaurants around, but there is an EXCELLENT Mexican restaurant in the motel parking lot that I ate at both nights that I stayed here. The location is quiet and it felt very safe. Don't hesitate to book here."

"Clean and friendly."

"Fits the budget"

"This was an awesome find. We had no idea this was even here. We were looking for a hotel in the area for one night and ran across their site. We stayed in the "Post Office" cabin. Words cannot describe how well done this cabin and others on the property are."

"The breakfast is OK, the beds were great. The rooms are very large and seem geared towards families. The open space in the middle is visually appealing. However, the carpets in the “hallway“ were horrible with frequent nasty stains, really past due to be changed."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating."
