"Showed up to check in and properly looked run down. Lobby was cluttered. Went to check in and no room available even though we had booked weeks in advance. "
"My toilet overflowed at 10pm and lady at desk handed me a plunger. It backed up so far that it came out of sink and tub. When i completed the plunging went back to front desk and nobody was there. Plus no one was at desk in morning. My room was terribly smell all night. The entire night was a nightmare!!!!"
