There was a cockroach crawling in our hotel room. I also saw another one near the entrance of the hotel upon leaving. Overall, it was a nice hotel but I am worried about the hygiene and cleanliness of this place.

Room smelled like a waste line vent. They have to fix that. Staff wasn’t as friendly like last year. Might go back to the Hyatt worth the extra money. Also the room door you can hear everything from the room

The hotel was great! Pools were clean, the buffets were always fresh and stalked. The staff is next level friendly and accommodating. The nightly drink specials in the lobby was a daily highlight! We loved it and would absolutely go again!
