"The picture showed me a room with a bed and a room with a couch and a TV and when we got there, we got a completely different room. We all we got was a bed. There were spiders everywhere. Pee on the toilet seat. They switched us to a different room and then there were spiders in that room as well."

Compared to other properties of loginn, this accommodation unfortunately falls short. The public spaces in the building and the bathroom feel a bit run-down. Communication and check-in was very good and easy."

"We stayed 3 nights. I found the incessant messaging about check in and deposit (over and over even when it was completed) cumbersome. However, once in the apartment it was lovely in a fantastic location with a great view. 2 bed 2 bath. Our only issue is the inability to make the ac cool the common areas and upstairs bedroom. Those got very warm at night and the remote would not lower the temp or increase the fan speed. "
