"The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful, we forgot something in the room after we checked out and left called and she put me on hold and went to the room and located our item so we drove over an hour to pick it up. Thank you so much."

"We got this room last minute. We did come in late at night but the staff wasn’t to helpful. Had the front desk closed off and not just late at night, but still in the morning at ten to nine. There was actually a fed ex guy there waiting for someone to take the package along with a couple other customers trying to figure out how to get a receipt for their stay.
