"From the moment we entered the hotel it smelled clean and fresh. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking is right at the front door. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit & gravy and a variety of other hot and cold foods. Even our little picky eater enjoyed his breakfast! Kudos to the great staff members!! You made our stay so enjoyable and we will definitely return."

"The breakfast was just okay. Nothing exciting. The bed was a little too firm. The gym was out of order and I didn't realize there was no pool until I got there. On the upside, the checking in process was smooth and the receptionist was very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and bright. For the most part, I enjoyed my stay."

"The stay was accommodating to my husband as he needed a recliner to sleep in. That was awesome that they changed our room accommodations. Other than seeing cockroaches the stay was good. Get rid of the bugs and the stay would be excellent"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We’ve stayed at some of the other hotels at Flamingo Crossings and have been disappointed but wanted to give Residence Inn a chance. From the minute we walked in, the lobby looked and smelled clean. The front office staff were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was clean and perfect for our adult family of 4. "Much better deal booking through Expedia rather than using AAA rate or Hilton Honors discount. Breakfast was not up to the high Hampton Inn standard coupled with the fact that beverages from the machine appeared to be somewhat suited."

"Air conditioner was great. I didn't like that I was not refunded my deposit yet and wasn't allowed to go back into the room and look for my phone that was misplaced."

We when to the front desk to obtain a blanket and pillow and was told they don’t give those things out after 8pm. We called to the front desk and they said they couldn’t provide that as they didn’t have enough extra lines but there were some in the dryer that would be done around 3am. I understand this is an extended stay hotel but providing linens for a pull...

"The rooms were clean the only problem we had was when you turn the water on in the bathroom it came out yellow I'm guessing that it was rust Miss Chris was phenomenal I've never met a nicer staff she made things go so easy the breakfast was great everyday was something different the pool was sparkling clean"
