"The overall experience was a good one. But unfortunately we did encounter quite a bit of issues. The cleanliness of the place was less than desirable. We had to sweep and mop the main living space because it was visibly dirty. Multiple bathrooms had dirty toilets. There were cockroachs in the upstairs kitchen. Some amenities were not in working order or missing, for example the fireplace was inoperable, the heater did not work in the bottom part of the house, they had to bring in little space...
