"We reported that some bugs bite my husband. The bugs came from the bed as he slept. When we reported evidence of bugs, and his bites. The hotel denied the bug bites and still charged us to stay there. We will never stay in this hotel again. I was a bit terrible experience. No one plays when it comes to bug bites. Especially in a hotel. E left the hotel in middle of the night."

"This was a great hotel. Very clean, organized. The furnishings were eclectic and cute. It was a very welcoming environment. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices, although I wish there had been sweet rolls included! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely stay here on our future trips to Tallahassee."

"The breakfast potatoes at the restaurant were great. The breakfast “buffet” is an overpriced continental breakfast. Housekeeping is not attentive, and if you use the coffee machine it’s unlikely they will refresh your supplies, or change your sheets, or refill your tissues. Everywhere you want to walk is uphill, so rent a car."

"We visited the hotel on a very busy FSU family weekend. The staff were friendly and put out some food and drinks on Friday for guests. Extra linens and towels were available. Given that the hotel was sold out, housekeeping didn't visit on our two night stay, but they did check in to see if we needed any fresh towels."
