"Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there."

"I stayed 5 nights and the entire stay there were no issues or problems. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. The property was well maintained. Easy to get to the airport. As a solo traveler I would definitely stay there again"

"The staff was always friendly, whether coming down in the morning or coming back from an adventure, always welcoming. Helpful. Pool and hot tub areas were always clean. It was quiet. Close to airport but not too loud. My kids loved watching the planes fly overhead while playing in the pool. Loved our stay!"

Mini fridge, microwave & access to an ice maker that produced plenty of ice. We had privacy the entire time we were there as neither room beside us was utilized. "It doesn't have as many bells and whistles and isn't as well maintained as Hotel Haya or Palihouse, but it provides a clean comfortable stay a hop skip and a jump from the USF campus. There was one weight machine, maybe two, no honey or brown sugar for the teas, the hook on the wall wasn't secured with both screws needed to do so, and a corner of the bathroom door looked worn."

"My family and I always enjoy our stay at Hyatt House; we were greeted by Jade and Anthony who we met the first time we ever stayed at this hotel, few years back. It was wonderful seeing familar faces and they remembering us too. The other ladies at reception were great also. Our room was spacious and clean, having the studio with the kitchenette is helpful especially with babies/kids. Only con this time was the bed, its not terrible but it has seen its time, sunked in when I got in on my side,...
