"This property was sort of hard for me to rate. I decided to break it down to help others decide.
Bed: The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The bedding was also nice too.
A/C- the room stayed cool and comfortable but the air conditioning was loud.
Room: room was small but the layout was nice and the space was used wisely. It had plenty of storage and closet space. The room also had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. My tv did not work. I think maybe the remote was dead...

"Hotel was a dump !!!! I would never stay there again, especially as a solo traveler. Trash in hall ways, dark open areas off the elevator entrance, work out equipment just in hallway looking unusable, floors look dirty, door to room has a slight gap where you can see light from hallway, water shut off at 10 am, no communication that it was safe to use again, homeless sleeping right outside by pool area, off main road behind other establishment . Did not feel safe at all!"

"Website images of room were very deceiving. Room was very small. Thanks goodness we had a balcony. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for the baker to bring our car. Went to the bar and they only had 2 bartenders making drinks and taking food orders. That wait was pretty bad as well we eventually left and went out for dinner. Won’t stay there again. Location was good though!"

"Communication and staff were all amazing. Located in a great area short walk to almost anywhere.
Really loved that we were able to check our bags until our room was ready and store them there after we checked out, this allowed us to enjoy every minute of our vacation until it was time to say goodbye.
Building is beautiful, does need a little work to make it look more inviting and cozier. The pool and yard area need some heat and some clean up it would be much more enjoyable to spend time...

"My stay here was amazing! Claude at the front desk is so personable and extremely helpful :) The property is beautiful and my room was super cozy. Brody was also so sweet and a great help. The area is perfect. It is right by the water but also close by bourbon street. There is shops near by aswell as cafes. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone!"
