This is the second time we have chosen to stay here and both times have been excellent. The complimentary breakfast always has great choices. It has been clean and quiet both times. I love that there are many dining options close by, as well as a walmart. This is my number one choice when visiting Live Oak.

I was visiting following storm Idalia. The staff made certain, when I was able to contact them by phone, that my reservation would be preserved. I am happy to say it was, even though they had many utility and internet issues to deal with at the time. Everything was up and running for myself and other residents, who appeared to all be utility and tree service employees. Thank you.

The manager was horrible. I paid 343$ travel agent got 84$ back deserved all actually. Came for bedrest and I had to complain bout roaches and a unlatched door. The housekeepers were amazing though

So easy and quick to check in and out! We didn’t get checked in until very late (2am) and it was great to have it be quick to get to bed. Could have been a little cleaner but for a few hours of rest it was great.
