"I didn’t like that there’s no one to help you with luggage. I had heavy suitcases that I had to maneuver and figure out, even with the luggage cart it was a struggle and not a good way to begin trip after traveling for iver 24 hours

"My son and I stayed here while on a roadtrip to Tennessee. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Aquarium and that it had a cool courtyard pool.
It is VERY downtown. Great location! It was easy to walk or Uber anywhere we wanted to go. Valet parking was simple and the car felt safe with most of our bags still in it. However, there is NO self parking option and valet is $60 per night. Plus tips. The valet drivers were nice and friendly though.
