"At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it.
I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...

"Really nice property. Large room. Standard Home2 layout which is always brilliant. Spacious room with kitchenette and full size fridge.
Easy access to everything needed (shops, food etc).
Kanny on the front desk was a stand-out. He was friendly and very helpful. Appreciated his knowledgeable conversation.
Would have rated higher but other front desk staff let property down. We asked three people on reception if there was coin metered parking downtown. Each basically shrugged their shoulders...

"This was the second time staying at this location and the hotel itself is great but I would not eat the food at the restaurant I kept getting a reaction to cooking oil or something from their hamburger steak and breakfast last time so I just eat at the restaurants near the hotel because they are fabulous.
Great shopping and plenty of very nice restaurants near this location."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful."
