"Everything was awesome and went amazing aside from hotel staff coming into our room despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. We had told them we didn’t need house keeping as we were there for a few days and would just request towels if needed. Our wet towels were folded and put back on the shelf that were hung to dry and personal belongings moved around but nothing appeared to have been cleaned , garbages emptied , or anything else. Was a little strange but The front desk was very understanding and the staff was quite pleasant. No issues rest of stay. Breakfast was awesome. Great location. Room was clean."
"The room was Reno’s recently and so beautiful! Nice touches like heated mirrors in the bathroom, tons of hygiene products, soft close cabinets, great design, and ocean view! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I texted everyone I know that stays on the island to tell them about it. Would definitely stay again!"
"Excellent service. The staff is super helpful. The scenes around the hotel are spectacular. Rooms are very spacious and have really amazing views. Very close to Malahat Skywalk attraction and Spectacle lake. Super exceptional hotel. Thanks for everything"
"I have to start off by saying that the check in staff were fantastic. The room was run down, holes in walls, old tiles and carpet. The sink leaked on the floor and the view was a horrid garden rock/pool pump space and cement wall with broken buckets and garden pots. The beds would have been nice but one was wet and when we layed on it one of us was soaked. The next morning the urine appeared./so obviously it had been urinated in and possibly cleaned and left wet and made up.They did not have another family roomSo two of us gals had to share a bed. Management offered us a $40 refund. We were off to the hospital for surgery and no interest to argue. We won't rerun, shame as the desk staff were so nice!"
"Quiet and very attentive to any requests. Free coffee in the lobby and excellent parking free. Very close to a number of excellent restaurants that were recommended by the staff for evening entertainment."
"In general it was fine. Staff was friendly, room was clean, good price. Had no issues. If you can’t stand smoking, then it is not a good place for you. Otherwise, good."
