"We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. When we arrived we had to call and then the guy walked us to the room. He said he just shampooed the floor which was confusing as to why. "The location was quiet and off the beaten path. The pool was enjoyable. It was in walking distance for the family fun center, grocery store, downtown restaurants."

"Shampoo conditioner and soap were all the exact same thing, as well as the hand soap. The staff was really nice, and the A/C worked really well. The comforter in our room had a couple stains and rips but we had them promptly changed out as soon as we noticed."

"This condo was at a perfect location! Close to all bars/restaurants. The bar/restaurant at the condo was really convenient. The staff were amazing!"

"Check in is at 4 got there at 330 said room wasn’t ready they would text me when ready never got text or call had to go back and remind them finally got room around 5pm go up to room then key card didn’t work had go get it replaced rented a golf cart and it had problems with steering and the parking brake wouldn’t work had to take it back and was told they didn’t have other one but they come up with one it was run down but better then the first one. "Front desk staff not welcoming"

"Every room is a suite, but prices vary, and the staff is young. They need a checklist to make sure each room has what they need (shampoo, cups, A/C on…) It’s Pretty around the pool and hot tub was big. I like the mile walk to town in the morning when it’s quiet and calm next to the lake. The entire island is relaxing with great restaurants, yummy perch and walleye bites at the Village Pump. I would return in a minute. Looking forward to going again."
