"This hotel is a calm quiet oasis in the heart of Sirmione old town on the lake edge. We had a lake view room which I'm sure helped our opinion.The hotel is about 5 mins from the ferry terminal. We arrived about 4pm and Sirmione old town at that time is heaving with tourists. Having negotiated the crowds on the main street the hotel was a joy. The room was maybe a little basic and the bathroom needed some tlc but fully functioning air conditioning a comfortable bed a lake facing room and balcony...

"Fantastic hotel in an excellent position in Sirmione for restaurants and cafes. Very convenient for the ferry dock to explore the lakes but no noise issue causing a disturbance. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful giving a personal feel from when we checked in until we left. Thank you for a wonderful time "

"Fabulous, quiet location, with great views of the lake and an easy, beautiful walk into Sirmione. The hotel and grounds are excellent and the buffet breakfast is a fabulous cornucopia of excess - we really loved this - especially the freshly made coffee, and fruits and vegetables. The A/C was wonderful and beds firm but comfortable, allowing us the best nights sleep of our vacation. "Wonderful boutique hotel, beautiful unique rooms. We had one of the loft rooms on the 3rd floor. It was very nice with views of the water and the front gardens. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. On check in he walked us all the way to our underground parking spot, then back up to the hotel and took our bags in for us. Great location for walking to the shops and restaurants along the river. "
