"No air conditioning as they promised. No hot water kettle in the rooms to make coffee or tea. No napkins. For hair wash body wash and hand wash just one thing. Staff was so unhappy to help. Very basic rooms for a 3 star. It should be 1 star or less."

"Ett av de bästa hotellen jag någonsin bott på. Stort rum (vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn), stort badrum. Allt var rent, nästan sterilt. Perfekt rumstemperatur. Utsökt frukost. Bra läge, nära tunnelbanan. Mycket trevlig personal."

Room had very good darkening shades. And we were surprised how quiet it was considering it is at the airport. We will definitely stay here again when catching an early flight out of Geneva."
