"Didn't even ever check-in properly. Went to the room and there were bugs crawling around; looked like someone had died there. Pool was empty with no water. Complained, and will receive a refund. Owner wasn't too concerned since it was 4th of July weekend and he was confident someone else would book the room."

"The hotel is very nice, clean rooms and well maintained with almost everything you need on resort. Restaurant served great food, especially breakfasts. We gave our rating of 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1. Free bottled water was provided only at the bar in the casino, or on the ferry. Otherwise, hotel guests had to pay $2.00 for a bottle of water at the front desk. Bottled water should be free to guests and easily available at the front desk. "The staff was great. The room was clean. We were on the first floor and there must have been a herd of elephants above us. The upstairs noise was extremely loud. I would suggest a 2nd level if you can climb the stairs since there is no elevator."

"The rooms were very large and nice with separate living room, bedroom and even small kitchen. We loved the view of the lake and London Bridge. Our room was conveniently located by the laundry so we took advantage of that feature. Pools were fun and convenient."

"My wife found cockroach in our room. The sink would not drain and filled up. Knobs on the shower tub, combo was very confusing one didn’t work. Floor wasn’t that cleaned. Sheets on the bed separated. The plastic on the bed was ripped. Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had."
