As we had guests checking into the room that you were vacating that day, we advised you that the latest check-out that we could offer would be 1.00pm, as our housekeeping staff require two hours to fully clean a room prior to check-in which is from 3.00pm. Hi Rabia, Thank you for feedback. It is much appreciated. Moisturizer is normally provided but it appears our housekeeper had forgotten in your room, apologies about this. We will be more careful. The power plugs are beside the vanity, they might be a bit difficult to see but there are plugs in very bathroom. Slippers are provided on request. We sorry you weren’t expecting us to charge such amount for your friend, unfortunately, as we didn’t received any confirmation of an extra guest on your arrival, we had to charged half tariff of the normal rate, due to our peak season and Booking policy.
