"Good hotel, a little older. Great location. Very friendly staff. Room was clean, and very comfortable. Downside: only one ice machine working in building and same with elevator. Underground parking was very tight area. Staff was good about telling you before you tried to park. Continental breakfast was only cold foods and very limited. Felt it was a good hotel and would definately stay again. Even with things not working, they were actively trying to get them working again."

"Sitting on the balcony looking at the beach and beautiful water is magnificent. Staff is always at their best and rooms are really comfortable, but we don't use the pool but we watch others enjoy it. Love Emerald Shores Resort"

"Hotel snuggled between two beautiful condominiums , all right on the beach. Coming into hotel you can see all the way to the courtyard. The hotel may not be large,but it’s comfortable, clean and well appointed. Immediately we were greeted and quickly checked in. Loved the bartenders and staff all very friendly. Our room was spacious with balcony facing kiddy corner to ocean. Good view. Even though weather wasn’t ideal. We had a great time there. We will definitely return on our next visit. Highly recommend booking this hotel.!!"

"Staff was great. Rooms are very clean. Rooms could use a little bit of maintenance. Our room was missing a picture over the desk that was clearly knocked down. Didn't effect the quality of the room, just little things that need to be done."
