"スタッフは皆さん本当に笑顔で感じが良く、古い施設ではありますが、場所の雰囲気も最高に良く、楽しい滞在になりました。 何より、オーナーさんだったのでしょうか、映画俳優のような雰囲気ある男性の方が本当に一生懸命働いてらっしゃっていらっしゃる姿、お客様ともコミュニケーションをたくさん取っている姿に感動しました。私たちにもとても気さくに話しかけてくださいました。 アクセス方法は、事前にわかりやすいメールを送ってくださいましたので、滞在前から安心して向かうことができました。 こんなに気持ちの良いホテルは久しぶりです。 古い施設なのと、たくさんの人が使う施設なので、水回りなどは使いづらくはありましたが、それを上回るほどのスタッフの雰囲気づくりが印象的でしたので、良い思い出になりました。"

"I made my reservation through Expedia, when arriving at 10pm the system to unlock the door, did not work. The machine that deliver key cards was not working either. I called the contact number and they said they will be sending somebody to help us enter. After 90 minutes waiting in the hallway, I called back to check on the status on the person that was coming. They decided not to come because I was not in "the list". Not knowing anything abalone any list, I had to force them to check my paid...

"I knew that I'd be sharing the bathroom, so I was prepared for that. But what I didn't know was that my room didn't have any window at all! I found it quite depressing not having a window. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked here at all & I wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have a window. In addition, using an app to unlock the room that's so hard to open was insane. "Great hotel"

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Originally a prison, it has been converted into a quirky, comfortable hotel retaining many of the features. The bedrooms were cells, small but well equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The position is slightly outside the centre of Stockholm but all the better. Situated on a lovely peaceful island within walking distance to Gamla Stan and the museums. The breakfast is amazing with an enormous variety of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Not family friendly. No staff on site! No oversight! It’s on you to report and turn anyone in for rule violations! Good luck with that especially the ones you turn in staying at the same place! They’ll certainly appreciate you for that! Any complaints will be addressed with a nice apology!"
