"Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. I did, however, experience an abrupt front desk reservationist who when I went to walk over, abruptly said, "I'm not open yet!" I simply walked away. Even another front desk agent looked over and seemed surprised at her reaction. Self check-in is also not that easy and I basically ended up helping myself when a staff member was unable to. "This was my second time staying at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. When I checked out, I accidentally left my phone behind because it got wrapped up in the blankets. By the time I went back to look for it, the housekeeping staff had already taken the bedding away. However, the housekeeping team kept helping me contact different departments, which gave me a lot of reassurance. In the end, the hotel security team helped me find my phone. I’m very grateful, and I will definitely come back again!"
