"Terrible experience. We stayed for one night in Room #7 and there was no hot water at all — not in the shower and not in the sink. On top of that, there was no water in the toilet, which made the stay completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. They provided a phone number for text messages, but no one ever responded. There was absolutely no customer service or assistance when we needed it. The place is poorly maintained and management showed a complete lack of responsibility. We paid for...

"The BV Motel was fine. It was off the highway and so was quiet. The room was adequate. The people were friendly if a little distracted. The refrigerator in our room didn't work. But there were trails into the desert just behind the motel that were really wonderful! We saw lots of flowers blooming and even some cacti. There were Joshua trees and other wonderful plants. We would stay at the BV again just so we could spend a little time in that piece of desert close by. And it was inexpensive."
