Floors were sticky and dirty in the room. I liked that they took dogs. Carts were broken couldn’t use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"The staff for the most part was great with the exception that they kept putting my room number wrong for late check out which caused them to enter my room at 10am on my last day. The do not disturb sign was on the door and we were still sleeping. I was told I could check out late at 2pm, then told that was incorrect due to booking through a 3rd party. There were small black ants in the room. The pool was cloudy looking the whole stay so we could not use it. The breakfast was ok and typical....

"My shower was unclean, it had hair and debri . I went to the front desk to report this and asked for something to clean it. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt, no adjustment was made to my bill for the inconvenience. I was told a manager would contact me. I had to call the hotel five days later and Jason the manager is offering me 20% off my bill. That is unacceptable. I had to call you. If you had done so from the beginning, the possibility of accepting 20% would be higher. Stay away,...

"Decent place to spend a night, but very run-down beyond normal wear. The state health department shut down their hot tub."

"Everything was perfect except that couch. It felt like sleeping on rocks. The air conditioner kept shutting off which was irritating and you couldn’t keep the fan running."

I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."
