"This is my go-to place to stay twice a year when I visit Culpeper. The courtyard is nice for walking your dog although you can't count on others to clean up after their pet but regardless, the staff has always been friendly, the rooms have been clean, and they have been working on upgrading the rooms. There are better hotels in the area, but for the price, service and upgraded rooms, I would recommend especially if you have a pet. "

"Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"Hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL. LOVE that they're pet friendly. Walking trails right on the property where i could walk the dogs. Had dog bowls waiting which was so cool because i had managed to leave their water bowl at home. Comfortable bed/bedding. So... my friend and I stayed in the "White Oak" cabin. The toilet is in the one room downstairs with a curtain for privacy. I wish there was an actual door (not sure it is possible) because anyone in the room hears all bathroom activities and the...

"Great stay. I stayed 4 days for business. Breakfast was cared by Beard Monkey next door, the guy really spend time to make sure every item is ready for you. Front desk staff and manager are also great, Mandy (manager) help me to resolve my cancellation issue due to FAA Flight Control "shutdown", got my refund from Expedia - two weeks follow up on her part. The best experience I had throughout my Expedia-ence for more than 20 years."

"Inside room nice and clean with modern floor, furniture, and other things. Otherwise room is worn but comfortable including good AC. Outside noisy with people in parking lot. The outside of property is not in good condition. It needs work. Fortunately inside the room was good. The fire alarm (just outside of my room) being pulled and going off with the fire department showing up in later evening wasn’t nice. Apparently no fire. "
