"Our room was clean and good for 1 night stay. The lobby was not clean and the breakfast was actually bad unless you stuck to toast and yogurt. The restaurant for dinner was good. There seemed to be a lot of people loitering in the lobby at every time of day which was unusual. "

"A nice cheap place to spend a few days in downtown Kingston. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. There's a bit of parking on the side, but you have to pay for underground parking which once you check-in the buzz you in."

"Rooms are clean but very dated with very firm mattresses that didn’t lead to a good night’s sleep, especially when compounded by noise from the hallway and footsteps heard clearly from the floor above. Though I have stayed at this property before, there was no hot water in my room this time. A just warm shower was not what I was hoping for following a long day. Breakfast offerings are always great but don’t make up for a lacklustre room."
