"Everything about the place was amazing. Just the elevator didn’t work"

"Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing. This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area."

"Had to book a hotel last minute after my flight got cancelled around 11pm. They were helpful and had an airport shuttle just schedule it at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good too and included"

"This is a very basic hotel with not a lot of extras but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is most important. It is off the 485 inner loop so not too far from the airport and you can avoid Interstate 77. The price was reasonable and the breakfast had a good variety of options."

"We always stay at this hotel. It's in a great spot! It does need some TLC though. I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. Upon our return I stopped by the front desk to see if the night clerk had an update about the toilet repair. She said that she had not been told about it. Once I reported it to her (Suzanne), she immediately got tools and...

"Upon check in, we were told pool was closed. We had been at a ball tournament all day in the heat, almost 100 degrees and our kids were expecting a dip in the pool. The next morning, we went down for the hot breakfast only to find there was none. Front desk said kitchen was down , they were waiting for part. We chose this place for those two amenities. Had we been informed, we would have stayed elsewhere. I asked for a discount, but was told no. Won’t be back."

"Checked in late and had to stand outside waiting for someone to open the door after knocking on the door for while. Finally checked in and got my room key. Went to the room, the flor was slippery and wet. Figured it was because the temperature in the room was on 75. But after cutting the ac down to 68. When I woke up the floor was still wet and slippery. None the less, the room didn’t smell like smoke but the sheets did. I thought I was in a smoking room. Will not book there again"

"It was cute and out the way! Close to lots of food places. Clean room. Super nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good and lots of options it was VERY busy tho."

"This was my second week staying here, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the beds suck. The first week the customer service was superb. This week not so much. Check in took over an hour due to issues with other check ins ex: debit credit cards not working. That's frustrating after a long drive when all you want to do is rest."
