"I’m appalled that the hotel was even open. Half of it was cut off due to remodeling, it was disgusting, dirty and the staff were completely unprofessional. I would have left but we arrived late from our flight and didn’t want to go searching for another hotel."

"The price was good. It wasn’t quite as clean as I would like. It was acceptable, but not great. I appreciated the refrigerator/freezer so I could keep my ice packs frozen. The coffee packets in the room did not fit the coffee maker provided. But I was able to use them in a cup of water heated in the microwave. Old, dirty air conditioners were stored in the alcove where the ice machine was. Not very pleasant."

"Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena."

"Bed so cozy…..beautiful windows with old wavy glass. Right on a Main Street. Antique shops and restaurants walking distance. Can see the lake from the front yard a block away. I have stayed with these awesome people many times and will do so many more times. Lovely huge front porch under the oak trees with porch swings and sofas….. I’m an introvert……..peace and quiet in my room….if I feel social I just step outside and take a walk to the lake and watch the sun set from a bench under the oak...

"This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The blankets had holes all in them, water leaking from the ceiling, water in the swimming pool was dark green snd was not open, pubic hair in the sheets, and urine in the toilet. The pictures on expedia compared to thE actual motel was day and night smh. Thank goodness expedia gave us a refund. It was my wife, 3 young kids, and myself. You know its bad when your 6 year old says "daddy can we find another place to stay please""

"If you live by the theory of you get what you pay for this is an incredible value. Just be prepared, know that you must bring your own stuff to cook with and room service comes when you leave not before. The rooms are really nice comfortable to a Fairfield by Marriott her Four Points by Sheraton the staff is the best thing they are great people who really want to help. I'm disabled and I had an accessible room that was unlike many and larger chains actually adhered to ADA standards."

"The lady that worked the breakfast was so sweet. She learned our menus in one day and already knew to bring me my coffee. Staff was amazing. Great place to stay"
