"The refrigerator worked great along with our tv and air conditioner. This facility offered shampoo and conditioner in the room. We had our children stay with us, once we checked in I asked for 2 more large towels which no e were avaliable until 30 min and once housekeeping came to give me tje towels, they were still damp. The room has nice wood floors, but the carpet in the hallways were stained and dirty. The continental breakfasts that was offered was bread to make toast, a few small...

"Nothing but complete FILTH!!!! Strong smell of WEED in every common area!! Parking lot is small so you may have to park in a shady lot across the street that was full of broken glass from cars being broken into.This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. 100% filthy!!! Kids feet and socks were disgusting within 3 minutes of being without shoes on. Wires hanging out of the wall where there is supposed to be smoke detectors, stopped up sink, leak inder sink, tub/shower...

"It was plenty of wrong but it was an old room that needed painting more cleaning the staff did not have extra pillows or blankets the breakfast was not great it was so and so but the price was okay"

"Beautiful home that was walking distance from so much on the Northshore! We will be renting this place again very soon! We had such a peaceful stay! This property is a MUST stay!"

"The ceiling in the bathroom had mold and after asking maintenance came and painted the ceiling. There was a half of roll of toilet paper when I checked in. I asked the front desk for more and the gentleman rudely told me they only give the first roll and you would have to supply your own after that. This extended stay has no pots or utensils so don’t even think about cooking anything. The overall experience was 2-3 stars ."

"DO NOT STAY HERE someone random walked in our room while we were laying bed. Did not receive any refund or compensation other than getting a new room. We had to sleep with a chair blocking the door in fear that would happen again. Not worth your money."

"The gentleman that checked me in was very hospitable but the room itself was a mess, water was on the desk half gone with some in a plastic cup also half gone. Pillow cases were dingy where I had to put my sweatshirt over it. Floor was dirty. I checked out that same day. "

"We arrived here late at night. Me and 2 kids. My kids dubbed it "the Royal Prison Yard of New Orleans". There were a group of kids chilling near the front door. There's a fence with a gate you have to go through to get to the parking lot. We ended up staying somewhere else as it did not feel safe to bring young kids into."

"Tv didn’t work and the sink had a major leak with a bucket underneath but it was quiet and safe for the most part. The balcony was a great relaxation spot and I was there for 2 days enjoying the city so I wasn’t too picky. Oh and 25 cent for a bucket of ice when I paid $300 to stay there was a little crazy to me but overall a nice laid back visit. "
