"The hotel was located in an industrial area. It is older. The staff was pleasant. The room worked for sleeping sort of. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were poor. The hot water pressure coming out of the bathroom sink was low and the water never got hot. The shower worked. The breakfast was great! "

"Stayed here twice, both times on weekdays. Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and casino was fun. My only gripe would be no food options for late night people like me. "

"Room was okay. Door to patio stuck slightly open. Bathroom did not have any place to hang towels, except one short rod for a hand towel. Check-in was fast and easy. Gentleman who helped us was efficient and friends. During our two night stay, DeeDee worked the front desk over the weekend. She greeted guests as they entered, asking about their breakfast or their day. Truly a GREAT representative of the hotel. We easily walked to Royals games just across the street. Great location."

"I really enjoy my stay. The hot tub worked perfectly. It was great. The temperature was great. The breakfast was good. He just didn’t have a lot of selections, but from what I did have, it was good. The room was clean. The people at the front desk were nice. It was quiet. Don’t really have any complaints."

"Hotel portion looks like nothing has been changed or updated since whenever it was built. Every door we passed had missing parts of trim. Our outlets were loose and almost impossible to plug anything into. "

"I checked in, they gave me a key for a room that was occupied. Embarrassing. then I got moved up to 3rd floor. Next morning the elevator is out and I have to lug my bags, purse, coffee thermos and sack of snacks down the stairs. I am alone and 74 years old. Not a great experience. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Argosy Casino & Hotel. The room was very clean, the sheets smelled super clean & the bathroom was massive. The in-room coffee was kind of lacking. We caught a maid & got coffee for day 2, but the coffee packet didn’t include cream or sweetener. ☹️ The primary restaurant was excellent, we sat at the bar & the service was excellent. Would definitely stay again."

"Our first room was dirty. Someone’s dirty socks on the floor & hair on floor in bathroom. Was lucky they had another room to switch us to. The next room had a wet floor after the rain, not sure if leaked through window or ac unit. Breakfast at 7am was already running out of food, Will not stay again or recommend."
