"Breakfast was good, check in was fairly quick. We have stayed at this property before and the rooms in the main hotel were okay. This time, we had a room in the north tower. The elevators were down so the only elevator available was a small service elevator that only had access through a long, dark ( no lights on) hallway. When we got to our room, only one lamp worked and the other flickered and only worked sporadically for about 10 seconds. The remote for the tv would only work when it was pointed at just the right angle. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and the bathtub drain was rusted. The bed mattresses were well worn and I kept rolling to the middle of the bed. The room had new wallpaper and the carpet was clean. "

"One thing we didn’t like was that there are no “Do Not Disturb” signs to place on the door for housekeeping. We had to notify the housekeeper directly. Luckily we found her in the hallway to let her know. And hotel is located on a major street which has a lot of traffic noice and sirens until very late at night. "

"Stay here often. For State wrestling and softball tournaments. Offers separate bedrooms for people who need to go to be early. Has wash machine and dryers in room with full size fridge and stove. These rooms are apartments and makes things so much more comfortable."

"The staff were friendly. The rooms were decent. Breakfast was great. You're given 2 free drink vouchers for the bar! The was unexpectedly nice."

"Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!"

"The only complaint I have anout the Baymont is how long it takes to get the security deposit back on the room! Other than that it is a good place to stay "
