"Room was good for the price in my opinion. Who else can book a room that has a sauna and hotub in the room for a nice price?! The room is outdated in certain areas but it wasn't an issue with me whatsoever. I just needed a place to sleep and having the sauna and hot tub was a bonus as it definitely helped with relieving joint and muscle pain. "

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made a genuine effort to accommodate my needs throughout my stay. The views from my room were breathtaking, and the furnishings and décor were both stylish and thoughtfully chosen. Having a kitchen was a huge advantage, and it was very well equipped, which made the stay even more convenient and comfortable. Housekeeping also went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were always happy to provide extra toilet rolls or towels upon request—even during late hours. The housekeeping team in particular deserves special recognition for their dedication and outstanding service. I would highly recommend the Waterside Inn in Port Credit to anyone visiting the area. Finally, the hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. "

"i booked it for the shuttle, its not 24hrs and I didn't know that until after booking, really musty smell overall and room was not clean. Had a hard time sleeping w the random noises from the bathroom but the staff was nice and at least the uber to the airport was cheap"

"Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff at reception. The room was clean and the bed cosy. Good location, close to restaurant and shops. Only one chair at table in room, since we were 2 we would have liked an extra chair. The room cleaning was done every second day as we were not told at check in we were surprised that the room was not cleaned when we returned from our day out. All in all we were satisfied with our stay. "
