"Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was
A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. Also, travelers looking for a hearty breakfast should be aware that the continental offering is very basic and lacks protein options (aside from milk). Good for a night, but...

"The bed was very, very comfortable, most of the staff was wonderful, except for the gentleman who kept pounding on my door, asking if I needed towels at eight in the morning… He kind of knocks like the police. The outside of the building has many pieces of the stucco peeling off and looks very rundown. But inside the rooms it’s not bad. It’s very pleasant. It looks clean does not look dirty on the inside… I enjoyed my stay."
"I'll start by saying that it's a very pretty property and decent option if you are staying in Brenham. We prefer not to stay at a simple hotel that looked soul sucking and as we were there to see family, having somewhere to relax that had a pool and hot tub option was high on our list. This is a bnb so if you're a morning person or want to sleep in, this isn't your place (though, they did seem to have some other out buildings that you can rent and might be a good option- we were in the main building). When you check in (we came after they'd stopped greeting folks) they'll leave you an envelope with your instructions and key. We were told our breakfast time was 8:30am, we didn't want to miss breakfast as we'd heard it was good - it was- but we don't usually eat that early and it would be nice to have an option to ask for the latest possible time or let them know yogurt and a bagel with coffee in the carafe for when we came down would be good for night owls. The pool area was pretty but we don't believe it was heated and if it was, it was still too chilly to use. The Hot tub was nice, but not hot- we mentioned this to them so they knew. Overall it was good but no storage in the room, the bathroom was VERY small and a low showerhead and tiny shower. Cute for a night with an overnight bag but not 5 days with luggage. We appreciated the hospitality and great breakfast."
"First the staff at check in was Awesome breakfast lady awesome the one I over night no way I had 2 towels and needed more for 4 people in the room he said no you only get 2 towels for all people you have to use them and bring him the dirty towels after every shower to get 2 more. Ridiculous. My sheet had lip stick stains on it and you don't get a comfortable only a sheet and the brown blanket. Beds were hard no coffee in room or iron or blow dryer. Old hotel looks like an old nursing home. Breakfast was bread waffles you make cereal there was 1 little Debbie cup cake and cheap cookies that look like Oreo packs but they aren't oreos. Pool is warm and is inside no pool towels. If you need a cheap hotel and don't mind all this then it's fine. Would not stay again."
"Stayed five nights. They only cleaned room if I requested Was told that at checkout. Had to go get fresh towels daily. They give two tenants one each at check-in. Was told the reason they didn’t clean room Dailey was they were busy"
