"Everything was great except our non smoking room had an awful smoke odor. This happened last week as well as we were booked in another room. Perhaps drapery or carpet needs to be deep cleaned."

"This hotel property recently transitioned from a Hilton Garden Inn to a Wingate by Wyndham. They are still working out some issues with breakfast and amenities. The room was very clean but missing a soap dispenser in the shower. They kept running out of coffee and hot breakfast items. Staff was very friendly but seemed to always be playing catch-up. That said, I felt it was a good value and location and with some organization and improvements would be great stay."

"My room was clean. I loved the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable. The AC worked the whole time and never shut off, which was wonderful. The only complaint I would have are the doors to the closet which were very old and didn’t work very well. Otherwise it was a really great stay and that plush blue chair in the lobby is amazingly comfortable."

"The property was in a desirable location; easy to get to and accessible to the expressway. It also was well maintained. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We were pleased with our experience and would return for another stay."

"Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7am… staff didn’t show so no breakfast at 7am… no option to rent a movie on the television but you also couldn’t hook up a laptop with HDMI to play a movie. Little to no hot water for a shower… in the pictures there is a picture of a hot tub. However, no hot tub only a pool."

"The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!"

"The common areas of the hotel are in need of deep cleaning and a complete hotel renovation. Our room was clean and roomy; however, there were not enough towels for our family of five. We were told we could only have a certain number of towels per room and the towels provided were so small they barely covered my toddler. The worst part of the stay was the final morning. We woke up to two inches of standing water in the bathroom sink. Once the neighboring room began showering, that quickly went...

"This is a small hotel that provides as good as or better experience as you would find in much more expensive hotels. The friendly, helpful staff makes you feel right at home. The common areas and rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast is generous, with a lot of choices, and includes omelet and waffles makers for those who want to prepare hot dishes. Overall, the hotel is pleasant and a great value."
