"Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!"

"Avoid staying in this place, please. When you arrive at the property to pick up the key for an online reservation They charge you 50$ deposit for the room, 9$ parking, they say that they are going to refund the 50.$ but they don’t, and the staff doesn’t change the blankets on the beds! I paid 519$ for one bedroom plus the 59$ which they don’t refund!"

"The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly. They remember your names and are very personable. The view from the balcony was perfect, the food was really good. Kids eat free for breakfast lunch and dinner was an added bonus! The bed and pillows were comfy. No complaints at all! We will definitely be back."

"The staff at check-in was warm, welcoming and professional. The suite was clean and well maintained. The one thing that was not up to standard was the iron, it would not steam and cut off repeatedly while using. But that was not an issue because I could have asked for an exchange but never got around to it. I would recommend Coastal Hotel and Suites to anyone, couples, families or individuals I think you will fine this place to be a repeat visit."

"The hotel and rooms are clean but is in major need of updating. Our room on the 6th floor had 4 huge areas on the ceiling where there had been water leaks and not repaired. The sliding glass door to the balcony took the strength of Superman to get open (we used spray to lubricate it) and we could finally get it open. "The elevator was out of service for our entire stay. We also heard from previous guests comments that the elevator was out of service 2 weeks ago. If mgmt of this hotel doesn’t have the time to fix it during the high season and sure if they ever wanted to."

"Not bad at all. Breakfast could be a little bit better. The staff were very friendly. They greeted us from beginning till the end. Parking was a little crowded. We had a little bit of an incident or someone swiped our car although the staff quickly to say that is not their responsibility, but later was able to help us resolve it, sort of.
