"The location is good. The room could use a refresh."

"Okay"

"Room only but in decent condition and shared amenities were decent. Good location."

"For nzd350 a night, basic amenities are lacking. No cupboard, no hangars, no shampoo, no shelf by basin to put toothbrush, weak wifi."

"Overall, we had a good stay. Couldn’t ask for a better location, we ate in the hotels restaurant and had a great meal. The room was clean and had nice amenities. However, it wasn’t an overly comfortable stay due to the bed. The mattress was an old spring mattress and it was had and uncomfortable. I woke up at 5:30am and moved to the couch."

"the location of the hotel is perfect, it is the closest one to the lake and the room have nice lake view. It have nice security system to protect our items. The service of the reception is really good. When we found the dryer in the laundry room is not working, they help us to get refund on the fees we pay. Yes,they have a 24 hours laundry room.but one of the dryer machine is not working,so we can only report it in the next morning."

"Cute boutique hotel"

"The amazing views of Lake Tekapo and the snow-capped mountains in the backdrop were stunning, making it a great place to just relax! Our suite was very clean, spacious, well-appointed and equipped with all modern appliances as well as great connectivity to the internet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a huge bath tub, perfect for a nice warm soak! The kitchen had all the basic necessities to make full meals. Parking was conveniently located in front of the unit."

"nice place"

"After a long journey, arrived to a room that had not been cleaned from last guests. Called owner to complain and he offered us the room next door which was prepared fro new guests. We accepted but felt the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. We asked for a discount but was refused. I felt it was overpriced. "
