"The name says it all. When you stay here, you feel like you are staying in a palace. On the outside, it is far away the most magnificent building in Murren. The inside is even better, tastefully and magnificently decorated. The staff is excellent, and the sauna in the spa area is not to be missed. "We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

We had an amazing view of the mountains and could hear the bells on the sheep just down the road… and see the bunnies playing just outside our window by Hotel Edelweiss. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient.
