"Very clean hotel great location for concert at Kia Center. We took the shuttle the hotel provided to the concert and then walked back to the hotel along with other concert goers. We also had a tasty dinner at the hotel before the concert which was very convenient as well."

"Absolutely horrible would not recommend , limited staff , filthy bed , stank room , not the same as picture. "

"Our brief overnight stay was sufficient. I had an outpatient surgery scheduled very early and to be that close to the medical center was so convenient. The only regret I had was in having to pay $20 for parking at the hotel after paying a premium price for a room."

"Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good food at the restaurant. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but related to the location and noise. There is a gas station directly across from the hotel where the local bikers and college kids hang out and blast music all night. I heard police sirens a couple of time through out the night which would temporarily quiet them. Impossible to get any sleep as the noise was o loud. That was Friday nigh and my room window faced in the direction of the gas station. Saturday I asked the front desk to move me to room facing on the opposite side of the hotel in hopes that it would be less noisy and it was slightly better, but still very noisy. A shame because the hotel itself is well allocated and the staff really does a great job. "

"Hotel is weathered...bed is comfortable and room a good size with all u need at hand. Perfet for our needs...in terms of suitable for short stay situated 2 miles from The Plaza theatre. Free parking and a safe residential neighborhood. "
