"El personal del hotel es super amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, tuvimos un problema con el A/C de la habitacion e inmediatamente nos cambiaron a otro cuarto. Los cuartos son muy comodos y amplios, y la piscina es comoda y cumple su proposito.
El desayuno es bastante sencillo pero lo compensa que en la habitacion tiene refrigerador y se puede guardar de todo, y ademas tiene todos los utencilios necesarios."

"First off looked decent went into room their are mirrors everywhere too many in the room honestly was abit weird. Next thing I saw a blood stain on one of the blankets of one of the beds. Then bathroom toilet lid had a yellow stain on it pretty big. Other than that AC was semi decent but it gets hot quick if it’s not low enough. That’s about it but for the price it matches I guess."

"Paid for two suites, but upon check in one of them had been changed to a regular room. We were traveling with our daughters and their families and needed the space. No explanation was given. I’m supposed to call for some kind of compensation.
We were send to the wrong room, asked for extra towels, and that took a long time, and also needed a crib, and had to call twice.
The actual hotel was extremely nice and they had a wonderful breakfast!!"

"The location was great. 15 minutes from Disney which is why I was there. Staff super friendly and the room was reasonably clean. The property was pretty dirty overall. People were up late at the pool making noise until midnight. And the guy working at the gift shop asked me if I was there alone. I’m sure he was just trying to be friendly and make small talk but this made me really uncomfortable. It didn’t feel like the best place for a woman traveling alone.
