"Air conditioner rattled non-stop. TV was not working."

"The entry lights were out upon arrival, the outdoor trash overflowing. The room was clean, though the mattresses were not the most comfortable. The heating/ac unit didn’t cool the room. The toilet was badly stained. The towels were terrible. Easy location right off the highway, surrounded by farms and the stench of manure. Basic breakfast. Overall, not worth the money for the lack of quality."

"This was the worst hotel stay I had in a long time Room 109 was assigned to me as a third party payee. No hairdryer tub would not drain while taking a shower. Had to cut shower short. The toilet ran all evening and night. When calling the desk a woman came to our aid brought the hair dryer , tried to fix the toilet, said the repairman in in the morning. Then their drapes were not secured at the top so light from parking lot could not be screened out and could not darken the room at night completely. When I awoke no tea bags by coffee maker in the room. When I complained the desk said I would have to take this up with expedia for any compensation. Said the room should be compensated but they could Not do anything.. Very disappointed. Stayed at a Mariott in Scranton on April 9, 2026 Excellent experience."

"Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation including rooms and indoor pool. This is not listed on the website. First room bad odor. Moved sink large multiple cracks, bathroom tile floor multiple cracks, carpet multiple stains. TV Remotes x 2 did not work because NO Batteries. Must use both Remotes to work TV. Room Key Card door entry still old type that if it's near a cellphone it looses it's entry code, had to get recorded. Breakfast room Staff only speak Spanish no English. Also Housekeeping staff only Spanish No English. Desk staff very nice helpful. Would not stay here again."

"The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning. "
