"The property appeared to be falling apart- stained, smelly, musty, faded… the bathroom had 2 broken doors, one of which had no door knobs and the other had mismatched knobs. The first room we were given had a terrible smell and a running toilet that wouldn’t flush. The duvet smelled terrible and the hotel was basically dilapidated. We will never stay there again despite the friendly staff. The"

"The staff was friendly. And things were clean. but the facility felt run down. The elevator door was slow and loud when opening and closing. The breakfast felt very skimpy. And the first hotel, that I had to bring a slip to the breakfast so we could get breakfast. It needed updated locks for rooms. I kept accidently demagnetizing the keys, because my purse and wallet had magnets to close things with. (most women have some kind of magnet on purse or bags)."
