"We are not picky travelers. In town for the races and don’t need anything special. We have stayed here in the past but this place continues to go down hill. The ceiling has cracks, the ac doesn’t work, and there is no smoke detector. The wires where the smoke detector goes are hanging there and that’s it. The bed wasn’t even made. The sheet was just thrown on, the wrong way, and the cover over the top of it. Do not recommend."

"Our room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. The club chair was designed for a very large person, even the pillow did not induce comfort for our smaller body sizes. We were invited guests to a wedding held outside on a sunny afternoon. The wooden chairs for guests were uncomfortable for some but the ceremony was short and we moved on to the comfort of the attractive ballroom and a well organized cocktail hour and dinner.
