"It was super clean and beds was really comfortable"

"Only stayed for one day and had to sleep in a hot box.. when we arrived the thermostat was set to heat so we gave it time to get cool while we got food just to come back and it’s still hot..just to find out AT CHECK OUT that “the circuit breaker” tripped and they gave no accommodation for it…was very unsatisfied."

"Lovely 5 bedroomed home, 3 with ensuits and 1 standalone bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and small pool, not large enough to swim in but good for dips. We did ask for it to be heated but it wasn’t warm enough for us for evening dips. Nice quiet location and parks are all within 45 minute radius. Host kept in touch with us regularly asking if everything was ok and if anything required. They are building/extending nearby but this did not affect our stay and this is mentioned when booking. "Three bedroomed cottage beautiful, spacious and clean. However it was a 15 minute walk to the hotel amenities, sunset walk etc which was too much for the 4yr old in nearly 100 degrees heat. So we ended up going to and fro to the pool, dining etc in the car all the time. Check in staff had no idea on WiFi password for our cottage and we had no Internet access for 2 days which was unacceptable. Our front door lock was broken on our second day and we were locked out, reception staff, one lady...

"THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in."
