"The room definitely could have been cleaner but it was still 4 star. This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at every time we come to Disney World for a staycation. We love that our dogs are safe and sound while we’re out and about throughout the day. It’s a quiet property when you’re in the room. Lobby gets pretty busy and the elevators are always busy. "The rooms were inconsistent. No washcloths, elevators on 2 ends of the building. Pools were nice."

"I stayed at this property back in 2016. On this recent stay, the property seemed like it hadn’t aged. It was just as clean, welcoming, and appealing as it was many years ago. Also, the breakfast was great. The area was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was helpful."

"Great place with a lovely pool! My family and I had an amazing time here. The location is excellent, just 14 minutes from Magic Kingdom and 11 minutes from Animal Kingdom, making it a perfect base for a Disney trip. The breakfast was great, and my kids especially loved the Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to families visiting Disney World."

They didn't tell us that when we signed up for it that we had to attend a mandatory timeshare seminar. Had they told us that I would have declined?"
