"Front desk staff was excellent. Housekeeping did not makeup our bed or replenish stock, only did so when I requested it and it was very difficult to communicate with the housekeeper as she spoke no English. Shower had a constant drip once it was used and I reported it to front desk who promptly contacted maintenance. Maintenance came in a short period of time and stopped the dripping but the following day it did the same thing after being used so I just closed the door at night so I didn’t hear...

"This is our second time staying at the Drury Disney Springs. We love this hotel and if we come back to Orlando we will be staying again. Only thing that needs to be done is the pool needs to be cleaned every day i.e. vacuumed. "

"Staff was not the friendliest, front desk had difficulty communicating our requests initially and housekeeping did not service the room the last 2 days we were there. Attempted to resolve the issue with the front desk and escalated to a manager but no one ever followed up. Not what we expected from a Marriott property. Very disappointed and Rex’s t left a voice message for the front desk mgr. and hotel mgr. to resolve the matter. I am awaiting a response them. "

"Bathroom was not cleaned as I found someone else's hair on the floor. Also, the line to get checked in for the main pool was absurd. They need to come out with a better system to track who enters the main pool. "

"My stay exceeded my expectations. I was traveling for business and was worried about the hotel would be noisy and flooded with families on vacation for spring break. And while the hotel was busy with families vacationing, my room was quiet and I had a peaceful stay. The room was clean and everything had been recently updated. I would definitely rebook!"
