"The room was very clean, and well set up; the hotel staff were excellent, very polite and helpful! The only knock we have is that there appears to be a shabbiness, like long term maintenance isn't a priority. Peeling wallpaper, scuffed walls and furniture, just a little shabby. But again, very clean and the staff was great. Also, the breakfast buffet was wonderful!"

"Have not been able to obtain a receipt for my stay. No carts available to take down a ton of luggage and had to make multiple trips. Staff member was rude when I simply asked a question. Hotel smelled of marijuana almost every hall and in the elevators. Would never stay there again"

"Location is great. We stayed here in 2023 and then again this weekend. Staff is great, but hotel could definitely use an upgrade. Hampton is known for their comfy beds, but not so much here. Beds are wore out. Hotel needs to be upgraded, from beds, carpets, furniture to wallpaper!!! Again, a great staff, breakfast ok, location great!!"

"Lots of trash in the hallways. The room was needing some tlc.
Once in our room and sitting on the toilet, noticed there was no toilet paper.
Then the next night they didn’t throw out our trash and didn’t give us fresh towels, although ours were on the floor."
