"We loved our stay. Very family-friendly and quiet. We were greeted on our entry and departure. Lauren represented you guys well. Very knowledgeable and just an overall good vibe.
Breakfast was also excellent. The omelets and fruit were to my liking and the trays were an added bonus. I wish more hotels would provide them because they were very handy when i needed to take food to the kids that were still sleep. "This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay.
As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.
Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen.
Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel."

"The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people.
