"Lovely traditional B&B very close to the centre of Ambleside. The room was clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable! Joanna was a great host and I felt very welcome and safe as a solo guest. The breakfast room was charming and I enjoyed the vegetarian breakfast on offer. The only minor negatives were the shower and the lack of hygiene bags in the bathroom. I also struggled to access the apps on the smart TV. "This hotel is in a great location, close enough to walk to center of village but still quiet. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding hills.,( we had the star gazer room ) Breakfast was excellent!
