"The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! "

"Breakfast was simple but good, air conditioning was very good, everything else was okay, nothing special, nothing bad. For the price in the area it is a pretty good deal, but claiming to be a 4 star hotel is very dubious. No 24 hour reception, cafe only open 3 hours a day, no facilities like pool or otherwise, no room service, very small basic rooms. I knew that when booking so it was fine for me, but if you see the 4 Stars and go there expecting a normal 4 star hotel with all the facilities,...

"We loved our stay here for my birthday. My daughter loved the pool area. The pool is very cold so a spa or heated pool would definitely be a great addition. The staff were amazing from the front desk, the pool guy and the cleaners. Rooms are beautiful, room service very tasty and buffet breaky Devine. Will be back! "

"Hotel staff allowed two males to enter my room whilst we were sleeping (mum & son). Massive breach of privacy! Unable to resolve issues with hotel - lack of ownership over incident. Room is not clean. Dirty room "

"The room was clean, view was great and the indoor and outdoor pools and spa were amazing. Service was fantastic and the location was right across the road from the beach which was a bonus. Check in was quick and easy. Negative was the lock on the bathroom and toilet door was broken. Wardrobe was spacious however the two sliding doors on the wardrobe didn’t open up wide enough to hang clothes in. Had a safe but we didn’t use it. Having the "

"Very clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Couldn’t fault the motel for a place to rest our heads. Yes the noise from the motorway was quite loud but that wouldn’t deter us from staying there in the future. Great location for the theme parks."

"Was great 20 years ago but now some average staff, two non functioning lifts during breakfast time and a pool that is way to small for the property is showing its age. The rooms were still very comfortable but not quite up to 2026 QT standards. If you don’t mind about other amenities the value for money was quite good. "
