"Clean and modern accommodations friendly staff and accommodated us when my wife lost her bracelet and the staff turned it in. So when we called they had the bracelet and we picked it up."

"We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."

"Never ever don’t stay there. The most nasty place I ever saw. Air conditioner doesn’t work. No staff on site to help. Bed sheets were so dirty. There is a contact no. posted on the window that says you can call if you need any help, nobody answered the call, I called them multiple times."

Once we were settled in for night we noticed the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned (there were signs) and I contacted the hotel in the morning and they offered to fully clean the room or move us. "First - the staff were extremely wonderful! They had a polite, kind and professional personas. I truly appreciate that when I stay somewhere Second - the property does look somewhat run down, but it is a place to sleep and it was peaceful inside the room and just fine! "Very clean room, easy to access hotel from highway, close to shaw festival theater. Staff were extremely friendly and engaging from the front desknstaff to the dinning room staff. Food was good in the restaurant. Overall great stay."
