"This trip was not got at all this hotel over booked and we didn't get a room that evening. They sent us to a different hotel and it was the same thing no room available we had to sleep in the car and at about 4am that morning the lady at the front desk call our phone to put us in a room. The room was so dirty and nasty. We need a refund for the hotel stay."

"Toilet was running the whole time and at times couldn't flush it and when I asked for them to fix it while we were out they didn't and I had to ask again. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. Also the floor had a wet spot from a leak in the wall. The security guards were not friendly when you had to have your parking slip validated. The only thing good was the location. It was easy and quick to get to the French Quarters and the Superdome."
